Raw material samples are free of charge, however many grades you want to compare.

Samples of oil and finished products are charged for material and shipping, because they carry a production cost.

For a company enquiry we usually cover the shipping. All we need is your company name and a clear requirement.

Otherwise we confirm the courier cost before dispatch. Nothing is charged without your agreement.

We confirm your selection and any courier cost within one working day. Samples are usually sent within three working days.

The sample you approve becomes the reference your container is checked against. We recommend it to every buyer, including returning buyers.

One 20ft container. Different items can be mixed in the same container.

No. Each quotation is based on your specification, volume and destination, and we send it within the day.

Send us the material code, the form and the volume you need.

On the booking date of your container. Freight rates change often, so a quotation made weeks earlier is an estimate.

Before the booking date the price follows the market. After it, the price does not change.

Yes. Everything is milled in our own factory, so a size between two standard forms is a production setting.

We also prepare blends, and pack to your own specification: bag weight, inner packing, labelling and carton configuration.

It depends on your volume. We confirm it in the quotation.

EXW, FOB and CNF.

EXW (Ex Works): You collect the goods from our factory and handle everything from there.

FOB (Free On Board): We clear the goods and load them onto the vessel you have booked. Your forwarder takes over from there.

CNF (Cost and Freight): We book the vessel and pay the freight to your port. Insurance is not included; please arrange your own cover if needed.

No. We do not provide insurance, so we do not quote CIF.

If you need cover for the voyage, please arrange it on your side. We will supply any documents your insurer requires.

In bags with plastic. The seal number of each container is recorded on the documents.

Bag weight, inner packing, labelling and carton configuration can follow your specification.

As standard: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate and export declaration. A CITES export permit is added where the material needs one.

The exact set depends on the destination and the material. We confirm it with you before booking.

Some do. They are listed in Appendix II of CITES. This is not a ban: the trade is legal with the correct documents, and we hold the licences to export.

Send us your list and we will confirm which items need a permit.

That the material in your container matches the sample you approved. If a lot does not match and we find it before departure, we replace it or hold the shipment.

Our responsibility runs until the goods clear Indonesia. After that it follows the agreed shipping term, which we confirm in writing beforehand.

Yes. We host buyers who can share their company details and requirements, and are working towards container volumes.

We collect you from Jakarta international airport. The factory is about an hour away by toll road. The exact address is shared once a visit is confirmed.

No. Enquiries go to our sales team at the factory, and the same people grade and pack your order each time.
